The 3rd Territory is a space where the structures of artistic and cultural projects reorganize, mutate and transform — becoming solid in alignment with their creator's vision.I have always read and worked this organic movement — in my own projects then, and today for others.A radical work rooted in sovereignty and integrity — far from expected standards and performances.So that project holders are seen, heard and supported in bringing their vision into form — from their singularity, ethics and values.As the world changes profoundly, I propose a different way of working — one that aligns vision, creation and the structures that take shape, to last.TERENAA
Where engagement slips
A project, a creation is a living structure.It carries its own logic, its direction, its coherence.At the beginning of the process, the creator is aware of this.Then that awareness fades.Conditioning, external pressures do their work.Imperceptibly.And the creator continues — but off track.Without realizing it.The organic structure fragments : direction is lost, singularity dilutes, expression becomes blurred.I read where this drift has settled.
I show what has shifted.The creator decides : continue or realign.
My perception
My perception is global and instantaneous — I do not analyze.From the objectives of the creator or project holder, I perceive the gap between their current engagement and the organic essence of their vision.
Five levels appear to me at once : creator, structure, relationships, environment, global movement.It is a turnaround.
The work
A frank and direct conversation — from an immediate, non-mental perception.I read project and creator as a single flux. I return to the essential movement — to what wants to be said but is not fully assumed in the structure, the relational and collaborative dynamics, to what is too present and undermines the rest.I hold the creator's objectives in mind, alongside their vision, often still latent — a double vision that adds depth and substance.I orient from there.Where it bends, I show. I do not give solutions — only a perception drawn from the complexity of the real.
I show what the structure truly carries : where it is headed as it stands, and where it could go in its natural direction.The project holder chooses to orient their engagement accordingly — or not.It is not comfortable.There the real work begins.
What this work requires
Confronting what has shifted, reorienting your efforts, removing the false, questioning yourself — but also discovering strengths you didn't know you had, risking new things, being audacious in your movement forward.This is work on a living structure.It is a radical recalibration.You need to be ready for that.This work is not for everyone.

______I read from the complexity of the living.This is my bodily mechanics — not something I choose.What is conditioned, expected, imposed from the outside — I sense and read it automatically.From there, I unify two visions that appear to me simultaneously : the real, complex and organic flux of a vision or project, and the stated objectives of its holder.The coherence between these two lines creates the unique force of a proposition.If these lines are disjointed, traction, expansion and effective development are lost.I position myself at this junction — where the solidity of a structure is determined.My work intervenes at different levels depending on where the project and its creator stand.

Reading and reorientation of a project in a situation of tension or blockage.When a project loses its coherence, encounters a blockage or tension, I read the precise point where the structure has shifted — gaps between organic vision and concrete form, environmental pressures, relational dynamics, internal tensions within the creator.I identify what produces these distortions and orient from there.
The work acts on the creator as much as on the project — the two are the same movement.The creator remains responsible for final decisions and execution.One-off session — 1h30

ORGANIC SYSTEMIC ARCHITECTURE — DIRECTION for CREATOR'S PROJECT
This work operates outside classical conception frameworks.Most cultural and artistic projects are built from standards, expected formats, market logics.Here we build from something else — the real organic architecture of the project and the deep objectives of the one who carries it.This is a direction, not a service.
A real collaboration between the creator and me, and/or with a team.The level of demand is commensurate with what we build together.Foundations, structure, relational coherence, positioning within the environment, articulation between vision and form — I orient every step over time.The creator remains responsible for final decisions and execution.Modalities and duration : upon request.
DIGITAL EXPRESSION -DIRECTION
Communication direction for a cultural and artistic project — branding, strategy, marketing, visual communication.This work intervenes only after a clear and assumed organic architecture has been established.An initial diagnostic session identifies the points of tension in the project before any engagement.From there, a long-term work begins to align the real dynamic of the project and the creator's concrete communication objectives : building an audience, launching a project, positioning within an environment etc.I direct.I do not execute.Initial session : 1h30

I am TERENAA.Founder of THE 3RD TERRITORY (2026).Years conceiving cultural exchange projects from a reality that crosses continents — Brazilian and West African diaspora, Europe, Guinea. I am not between these worlds.I am a point of convergence.This reality shapes my perspective, my standards and my way of perceiving structures.My values and ethics were forged by a reverence for the arts, artists and the necessity of a culture built from within — beyond imposed norms, institutions and systems.My experience has shown me a direction I no longer seek to force.
